If there is a problem with your purchase or you would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours, we will then solve the issue amicably. We will respond and solve the issue within 2 working days. If, for any reason you are not happy with the item you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges, this must be done within 14 days.
ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND FREE OF ANY WEAR OR TEAR AND UNUSED IN A GOOD SALEABLE CONDITION.
The goods we sell are Sold Brand new we state otherwise on the individual listing. If you find any to be faulty or damaged when received you should return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us via email or call so that we can provide you return labels and replacement of the faulty item as quickly as possible. Return label will be provided to you of our contracted courier only.
If we have Wrongly Delivered an Item:
In the event that we have delivered a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will provide you a return label to return the goods. Once the wrong item posted back we will send your replacement.
